First Day Of Practice

Practice will be Monday - Friday from 6:00pm - 8:00pm, please have your child dress with shorts and tee-shirt. Kids should bring water only for the next few weeks, do not eat anything heavy before practice. For some kids it going to be tough the first week, please don't let your child quit keep them encourage to go on.
