The staff here at Cincy East would like to offer a very warm welcome to families and athletes considering our club for the upcoming season.
Our professional coaching staff provide age-appropriate training in a fun, safe, and competitive environment. We do this by teaching the most successful and proven techniques in the game today. The organization has developed into one of the most established junior volleyball clubs in the Cincinnati area.
Our Mission
Our mission is to develop and promote the sport of volleyball. We are committed to teaching and training young athletes and educating coaches to teach the game of volleyball. We want our athletes to improve, become self-reliant, and develop a passion for the game.
Our Primary Goal
Cincy East thrives on training athletes from the entry level player to the elite. We want all of our athletes to compete at the highest level possible, whether it is working to make their seventh grade volleyball team, winning a state championship, winning a national championship, or aspiring to play for a university.
Why We Succeed
The Cincy East gym culture creates high expectations not only on the court but off the court as well. We have young athletes who are committed to being successful along with fantastic parents whom support the club and their children. Our coaches are focused on training athletes along with teaching them what it takes to be a successful team member. The program emphasizes a balance of fundamentals, teamwork and enjoyment of the game.

Every great program needs strong leadership. Cincy East is a 501(c)(3) run by a board of directors. These individuals are voted into their respective positions every off season. The board meets once per month to handle a plethora of items.

We also have a role outside of being wonderful supporting parent(s) to these outstanding athletes. As a parent at Cincy East you have a chance to be part of our season operations.
