I requested information about a sponsorship, what happens next? We will contact you, generally within 24 hours, to help answer whatever questions you might have, outline the process, and provide you with payment details. You are NOT obligated to purchase if you indicate your interest. How do I pay for my sponsorship package? You can pay us by cash or check made out to Lansing Girls Soccer. If you are mailing it, please send it to the main school address attention of Mona Hauver. What happens after I purchase my package? Once we receive your payment, a few things will occur: We will put you in contact with the vendor who is printing the banners for us. You will need to provide them with high quality, Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) files of your logo(s), and they will work with you to layout your banner with the logo, text, and other items you'd like included. Banners will be produced and sent to the school for display at home games. At the same time, you will need to send us color, high quality versions of your logo at least 800x800px resolution for display on our website. Your logo will be included on the pages / banners that are included with your package. What will my banner look like? Each banner size, 3 feet wide x 3 feet tall and 6 feet wide x 3 feet tall, has a standard template that includes our logo, the name of the program, and your sponsorship level included in the header (top of the banner). The rest of the banner is white space and available for you and the printer to layout however you see fit! Depending on your package, banners will be displayed on the fences / grounds surrounding the home soccer field at Lansing High School. The platinum / gold team sponsors banners will be displayed at or near the entrance while the individual 3x3 banners for gold and scarlet sponsors will be displayed on the fence facing the stand and fans.
