DSSC Refund Policy For Select Soccer

1)    If a parent/guardian registers a child to play DSSC Select soccer and later requests a refund (for any reason) before August 1st for the fall season or before March 1st for the spring season, DSSC will refund an amount equal to 25% of the player’s Registration Fee for that season and 100% of any pre-paid player registration fee for a subsequent season.  The parent/guardian will not receive a refund of the on-line Administration Fee or the equivalent Administration Fee if the registration/payment was mailed to DSSC.  The parent/guardian will not receive a refund of the Uniform Fee if the uniform had already been ordered (thus purchased), but they will receive the uniform.

2)    If a parent/guardian registers a child to play DSSC Select soccer and later requests a refund (for any reason) on or after August 1st for the fall season or on or after March 1st for the spring season, DYAA will not refund any portion of the player’s Registration Fee for that season but will refund 100% of any pre-paid player registration fee for a subsequent season.  The parent will not receive a refund of the on-line Administration Fee or the equivalent Administration Fee if the registration/payment was mailed to DYAA. The parent/guardian will not receive a refund of the Uniform Fee if the uniform had already been ordered (thus purchased), but they will receive the uniform.

3)    In the event of unusual and extenuating circumstances, DYAA’s President and Vice President are authorized to alter DYAA’s refund policy if, in their shared opinion, the circumstances warrant same. That being said, none of the following would warrant a refund:

c.     a player’s inability to participate because of a player or family violation of DYAA’s Coode of Conduct
