Registration instructions:

First time users will need to create a family account, with a parent as “user”, then register participants in the various activities.(There is no need to include players email addresses or cell phones when adding participants….. we prefer to communicate with parents!) Returning users will simply log back into their account. When you “check out” you will have the option of paying by credit card or check.

After the account is created (make sure you keep your login information!), you can add players. (Hint: if you temporarily select that the participant is the "same" as the account holder, it will fill in the information such as address and phone number for you, and then you only have to change the name of the participant). The account can include multiple players, participating in multiple programs. Watch for a green button that says "add another participant".

Payments:You will have the options of paying by credit card or by check, but remember, registration is not complete until payment is received.

: You will also need to set your filters so that 
clubnews@bluesombrero.com
 and postmaster@bluesombrero.com 
are approved senders. Many of the emails sent to registrants are sent in large numbers, so quite often they are interpreted as Spam. To make sure you stay informed and up to date, set up 
clubnews@bluesombrero.com and postmaster@bluesombrero.com 
as approved senders in your Spam filter.
