Registration

Welcome to the Pacesetters II Track Club!  You are steps away from an enriching track and field experience.  There are several items you need in order to participate fully in all Pacesetters II Track activities.  PIITC is sanctioned by both USA Track and Field (USATF) and AAU organizations.  You must register with both organizations and register with PIITC as a club or training only member.

Age Divisions

Pacesetters Track Club serves youth 7-18.  You must obtain permission from the Head Coach - Chris Simon to register an athlete under the age of 8.  Please refer to our Age division page for more detailed information.

*Athletes who are still 18 through the final day of the USATF National Jr. Olympic Championships (July 31) are eligible to compete in the 17-18 division through that meet.

USATF Membership Registration Required (New and Returning Athletes)


  1. You must obtain a USATF membership number for your athlete to participate and register.  This is done yearly unless you select a multi-year membership. 
  2. USATF membership is $20.00.

Returning Members:
You will need your child's current USATF membership number and password.  Renewal is much easier and your child's birth certificate does not need re-verification.

Birth Certificate Requirements 

If you are a new participant we need a "copy" of your child's birth certificate.  Please upload your child's birth certficate when you register them online or mail a copy to the club address.  The certificate will be verified and should we have any problems we will get back with you.

PIITC Online Account and Registration steps

1.  Create a username and password.  You will be prompted to enter a Primary contact (parent) with the option of adding a secondary contact. Please provide cellular phone information for text messages as this will be our primary means of communication in addition to emails. You must select YES to receive text alerts.  You will receive an email with information on how to opt-in for text alerts after your registration is complete.
 
2.  Click next to add a New Participant and fill in all of the required information.  If you have additional athletes, click add another participant.  This will link all of your athletes under one account.  Click Next.

3.  Select the available program.  The available program will default based on the birth year of the athlete.

4.  Review your "shopping cart" details and if correct click Next.

5.  Fill in all the required information - waivers, emergency contacts, uniforms, etc.   Birth certificates can be uploaded to the site. If you do not have the birth certificate at the the time you are completing the registration form, you can do so later by editing your participant's information.

6.  A complete uniform includes a tank, shorts and long sleeve t-shirt. Select the size for each individual uniform item.  See the Uniformas and Spirit Wear section for pictures.    

7.  Check out and Review your "order".  This page should include Division Fees, Uniform Fees, Meet Fees, and and discount for multiple athletes.

8. Select your payment method - credit card or mail in check. You can also bring your check or cash payment to practice.  For non-credit card payments, we will manually update your account online.  For all payments, you will recieve an electronic receipt for your records.

9. You must click Submit to complete the registration process.
 
Credit Card processing

On-line payment processing is available and preferred.  When registering you will have a cart which represents your "order" of club and meet fees, uniform etc.  Payments are secure and your account is updated immediately.  There is a nominal charge of 3.4% which will be added to your account at checkout.  You can go to our Registration Listing page for more registration information or click this button.
