Practice Plan
This document provides a template for organizing practices. Coaches are expected to divide their practices into skill specific "stations" in order to increase the amount of reps each player gets per practice and thereby enhance the development of each player.Practice Plan [download]
Game Management Tools
Coaches are required to rotate players through various positions throughout the game and rotate the batting order each game. At the end of the year there should be an even distribution of opportunities to play each position and an even distribution of places in the batting order.
