To Request Batting Cage Time, Please Adhere To The Following:

You can submit your requests between Sundays 6:00PM & Thursdays 10:00PM for the FOLLOWING Week, and will likely be posted on the calendar late Thursday nights to Friday afternoon.

Cannot secure the same day/time throughout the season.

Requests are only good for ONE slot the following week ... NOT asking for a spot two+ weeks out.

Requests are assigned in the order emails are received.

You MUST include all the following information in THIS FORMAT exactly as shown, INSIDE the email - Not subject Heading:

Date/Time, Gender, Age Division, Team # if applicable, (Coach Last Name - IN PARENTHESIS)

Example ~       Monday, March 27 6:00PM     Boys 12U #2 (Burns/White)

Wait to tell your team until either an email reply OR if you see your slot on the calendar sometime Friday afternoons!
