What is required to Register your child?
1. Submission of the online registration form.
2. Credit card for payment of the registration fee
3. Valid Birth Certificate for each new player to CCYSL (scanned for e-mailing to club)
4. Coach Registration form - If you are interested in coaching your child's team you are required to submit a coaching form for each child you would like to coach. No fee is required to coach!
What are the per-player fees and how do I submit them?
$70 - Under 8 through Under 14
$50 - Under 6
How do I determine in which age division my child will play?
A player's age division is determined by subtracting their birth year from the last year of the seasonal year. For example, if a child was born in 2012 and is playing in Fall 2021 or Spring 2022, that child would be a U10 player (2022-2012 = 10= U10). Players may 'play up' into an older age division but may not play down.
For Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 here are the age groups

Who do I contact if I have registration questions?
Please contact your sub-group representative. If they are unable to answer your questions, they will forward to the registrar. Due to the demands of the registrar's job, emails or phone calls made directly to the registrar will not be answered.
What do you do with the information you collect?
We use the information to register players with the Kentucky Youth Soccer Association (KYSA). We also use the information to help us form appropriate teams and to stay in contact with parents. Check the Team Formation Guidelines for information on the team formation process.
What do fees cover?
Player fees cover essentially all of the Club's operational and capital costs, including player registration with KYSA; scheduling and paying referees for games; field rental and maintenance; replacing goals, nets, corner flags, game balls; and reimbursing referee certification and coach education costs.
