Shoulder exercises are important for all ages.

You should cover the hitter every time.

On the surface, a duck looks nice and clam, but underneath the water it's trying really hard.

Showing up a teammate is not cool.

Planning ahead for meals and snacks.

Versatility will get you in the game.

Showing respect to your coaches is part of being a great player.

Work hard lead by example.

Always think about how to support your teammates.
