*While on Back Legs Straight Up in the Air Touch Feet with Both Hands 25 Times
*While on Back Right Leg Straight Up and Touch with Left Hand 25 Times
*While on Back Left Leg Straight Up and Touch with Right Hand 25 Times
*Bicycle Exercise 25 times in each direction
*While on Back and hands Under Butt Hold Both Legs Up 6 inches off the ground for 1 minute/ Repeat Twice
*Front Plank 1 minute
*Left Side Plank 1 minute
*Right Side Plank 1 minute
