Winter registration will open 10/16/23 and closed 11/20/23

Registration for an age group may close earlier than 11/20/23 when the maximum number children for that age group are registered.

PHWM Soccer 2024 Winter Registration Fees

• Registration Fee per Child for all age groups is $65
  • Family fee (soccer only, registering parent’s child or step-child ONLY) 
  • All age groups  2 children $120, 3 – 5 children $155 
• Each order will include a $3.00 service fee to the registration software company.

Coaches needed:
Volunteers coaches are needed in all age groups, register to volunteer when registering your child. It helps to have volunteer coaches identified at registration!!

The age group coordinators need enough volunteer coaches to set team rosters, have practice and game schedules set so teams can start on time.

Volunteer head coaches will be reimbursed 50% of their child's registration fee after their background check is completed or has a valid date and when their team is playing games. 

Winter indoor soccer schedules conflict with other indoor sports; schedules are not coordinated between multiple sports.
Please consider the schedules before registering a child for multiple sports. A child should fully participate on a team, and not miss practice or games to play another sport.
Coaches are volunteers and shouldn’t have to plan around children missing their practices or games to play another sport or play on another team in a different program.


Registration placement requests for the recreation program : IMPORTANT to read REQUESTS:

  We will do our best to accommodate U5/U6-2018/19 and U8-2016/17 team and player placement requests, entered in the special comments registration question, based on a first-registered/first-to-be-placed basis, however our ultimate aim is to balance teams by age and skill level, this could mean a child would be on a different team and have a different coach than a previous soccer season. U8-2016/17 is the last age group that will consider team and player assignment requests before balancing teams. Requests for age groups U10 through U14 are not guaranteed as these teams could be selected by the coaches and balanced the best as possible by age and experience levels

PHWM Soccer Winter Recreation program information:

• U8-2016/2017 through HS-2006-2009 will participate in the multiple Recreation Council (7 recreation councils) Baltimore County indoor recreation league at NERRC (Northeast Regional Recreation Center). 
  
  
• There is a maximum of 4 travel/club players on a team only 2 can be on the field at a time. This is a recreation league not for travel/club players. Travel/club players should participate with their teams in travel/club leagues. (THIS MAY CHANGE TO FEWER Travel/club PLAYERS. PHWM soccer has very few travel/club players in the rec program)
  
  
•  The NERRC league divisions will be evaluated and rearranged per record midway through the season!!! This could mean changes of the day a team has their games scheduled!!
  
  
• Teams may get one practice session in December at NERRC but no practice sessions during the season. The aren't facilities to accommodate all the PHWM teams.
  
  
• Separate leagues for Boys and Girls.
• Jerseys will be provided to all age groups.
  
  
• Referees will be provided for age groups U8-2016/17 and above.

U8 and above age groups' league play and the U5-2019, U6-2018 clinics will begin the first week in January

• NERRC game day and time are based on the Winter 2023 season there could be minor changes
   
• 2019 & 2018 boys’ and girls’ clinics:
• The 2019 and 2018 children maybe combined in a single clinic, boys and girls a separate clinic.
• Clinics will run on Saturday between 9:00 am – 4:30 pm, in 2 local school gyms. There will be weeks when only one gym is available and times will be between 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
