The purpose of this Rock Hill Rising Stars Basketball Registration Webpage is to allow parents/guardians to register your child/children for our various programs. It also allows persons to register as volunteers for our programs.

The purpose of the Rock Hill Rising Stars Basketball organization is to educate, encourage, empower and to improve opportunities for our youth through education and sports. Our mission is to teach the children of our community the guiding principles of discipline, teamwork, honesty, effort, dedication and sportsmanship. These principles will enable them to grow into respectable, trustworthy and well developed adults. Our program allows our youth to play locally and provides the experience of domestic travel throughout the country as well.
