U17/U19 To Attend Oak City Friendles

Our U17 and U19 teams are officially scheduled to attend the Oak City Friendlies on January 26th and 27th weekend, at WRAL Soccer Park in Raleigh NC.

The Oak City Friendlies is a partnered tournament and showcase hosted by North Carolina FC, North Carolina NASL professional soccer team, and the Greater Raleigh Sports Alliance.

WRAL Soccer Park is one of the premier soccer facilities in North Carolina and the RDU area, and also plays host to a majority of NCFC Youth's soccer programs and teams.

The facility has over 20 fields, and 3-4 turf fields, and a stadium field that also features turf.

Recently the entire facility underwent a a makeover. Take a look at a few of the images below.

Players and supporters should plan to make arrangements to be in Raleigh the weekend of the 26th and 27th. We will travel down on the Friday night before the showcase event, and check out for our final matches on Sunday the 27th.

Both the U17 and U19 teams will play two matches on Saturday in the event, and one final match on Sunday before heading home to conclude the event.

We are looking forward to being part of such a great event and can't wait to get there and get some matches underneath our belt.

There will also be collegiate scouts on site looking for their next college talent and we are looking forward to being able to provide our players with that opportunity to put themselves in front of college recruits on some of the finest facilities that North Carolina has to offer.

Coaches will be letting players know more about travel and hotel plans in the next few weeks as practices begin. Please make sure to spread the word and come down and support the boys!
