Scheduling Guidelines

General Guidelines

All leagues now have remote self-scheduling.  You should reach out to your opponents to schedule home games. 

Due to the fact that you are self-scheduling, the only reason a game should have to be rescheduled is if it is cancelled due to weather.  When working on reschedules, contact your opponent via email (save all email correspondence).  Be sure to get several possible dates to reschedule the game.

When contacting Kevin to request field assignments, please provide the following:

1) Home team and Visiting Team (ie TFA B07 Elite vs Kolping B07 Orange)
2) League and Division (ie Buckeye U14 Boys Premier 1)
3) Age and Gender (ie U14 Boys) - please do not give me the birth year of the players
4) Options - location (usually TSC), dates, times, and anything else that I need to consider (coach conflicts, travel, etc.)

** Provide multiple available dates
** Turn around time for response:  5 days

Refer to the Team Admin>Game Scheduling>Home Game Schedules page of the website for a link to Kevin's Google doc with games he has scheduled.
