PCB Board Elections

Pursuant to its bylaws, Park City Baseball will be conducting its annual election during the week of August 22 - August 28, 2016.

Park City Baseball is a 501c3 public charity governed by an 11-member board. Each year it holds elections for any open board seats.

As a recipient of this email, you are a voting member of PCB.  Each member of PCB receives one vote. Members are defined in the bylaws:  "PCB membership will be limited to those who qualify as volunteers and the parents or guardians of the players within the last calendar year. Outstanding financial obligations will result in a Suspension of Membership rights, including voting."

The majority of PCB's 11 board seats need to be filled this year as a number of directors have reached their term limits and a number are running for re-election to a second term. We have a number of interested candidates for the open seats. If you are interested in running for an open seat, please contact Amy O'Reilly at [email protected] if you have not done so already. You may also nominate a member other than yourself for a board position.

Elections will be conducted electronically.  All Members will receive ballots via email on 8/22 and will have one week to vote. Ballots will include instructions on how to vote.

We appreciate your involvement in our governance process.
