HOW TO CHANGE YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD IN GOTSPORT

PLAYER/ACCEPTABLE ID ISSUES
There is no out of State travel form required. There is no State roster required. There is no such thing as a guest player. You can roster any age/gender appropriate player to your team that you want.

We don’t need your Beach Blast roster until Online Registration. You can therefore make whatever changes you want to add/drop/revise/switch/whatever, we won’t know the difference.

Most players competing in the tournament are carded travel soccer players, we accept cards as proof of age. We also accept copies of birth certificates and photo ID’s from the players that aren’t carded and the adults.

UNIFORMS
Players do not need names or numbers on their uniforms. You can wear club jerseys if you like but many teams have fun with T-shirts, tanks, etc... If not exactly the same, keep the theme of the jersey's the same so that the ref can tell who is on the same team. Bring a set pinnies just in case.

SPLITTING INTO TWO TEAMS
Many grass soccer teams split into two beach soccer teams, some split A/B, some split "equally", it’s up to you. You need to have different people coach each different team - the tournament is just too large and splitting into two is too common to be able to accommodate all of the scheduling requests. Each separate team needs to have its own separate GotSport account.

I'M TRYING TO ADD A SECOND TEAM AND GOTSPORT WON'T LET ME
Each team needs its own account. Click on the application link and then log in to your account. You need to search for the team that doesn't exist yet and once GotSport can't find it, it will let you create the account.

NUMBER OF PLAYERS ON THE ROSTER
We need to hold to the maximum 10 player roster size. No matter how good the reason, we will end up with a tent full of your opponent’s parents explaining to us the only reason you just beat their little angels is because you had 11 rested players. When we explain to them that it’s OK, we said it was OK, we just become complicit in your cheating and taking away a well-deserved victory from their players (not really but that’s they see it). There is no way we can make everyone happy. We know this from experience, so we just stick with the rule.

MEDICAL RELEASES
This tournament is independent of USYS and USCS. Therefore, since this event is not sanctioned by those bodies, we can’t accept their medical releases. We need every participant, and/or their guardian, to complete our Medical Release found on the Registration link and turn it in at Registration.

TIMING/ADDING ON
OK, so you have your team together but you have no idea if Billy’s dad or Maddie’s little brother is coming and do they want wristbands? Register the team now, you know that you will get 10 passes for sure once the team is accepted. You then have some time to figure all that other stuff out. If you want additional Friends and Family wristbands, use the link sent in your acceptance email which will take you to the Morey’s Pier site where you can purchase additional passes.

SCHEDULES AND SCHEDULING REQUEST
Schedules will be posted online approximately 1 week prior to tournament. If you have a long way to travel, plan on staying Friday night. Please do not make scheduling requests, while we would like to, the tournament is too big and we just can’t accommodate them - sorry.

PARKING
Parking in Wildwood can be a fun challenge; there are numerous lots that you will be able to negotiate overnight/weekend parking, there is metered parking close to the Boardwalk that will require quarter pumping and then there is free street parking some blocks off the Boardwalk; competition, demand and choice - a seminar in free market economics for our soccer playing youth.

PERSONAL GROOMING
Yes, you should cut your toenails, painting optional.
