New for 2020 Baseball

NEW FOR 2020 BASEBALL DIVISIONS

Near the end of the 2019 baseball season, we polled our coaches to see if there was an interest in keeping players and coaches together through all their years of playing/coaching with RBBYS. A majority of our coaches voted in favor of doing this and with that being said our 2020 baseball season will start this transition for baseball teams starting with the 7/8 league. We will NOT be implementing this for softball unitl the 2021 season.

The purpose of implementing this is to increase the ties with players and coaches. There are multiple things that can happen with this transition;
1) Your child will be on the same team, in the same division, with the same coach.
2) Your child will be on the same team, in the same division, with no coach and we will look at filling that coaches spot with ones who are moving up a division.
2) Your child will move up to the next division with some players from their team and no coach. In which case we will either add these kids to an existing team with and existing coach or we will pick up another coach
3) Your child will move up to the next division with some players and their coach

Only players that are new to the league or moving up a division will need to come to evaluations. If your child/children are remaining in the same division they DO NOT NEED to attend the evaluations.

ALL SOFTBALL PLAYERS WILL EVALUATE THIS YEAR!
