Board of Directors

The Board's Mission:

Provide a safe, open, trusting, and positive environment for the youth of our parish in a setting of
athletic competition
To evangelize and offer an awareness of God and access to our Catholic faith for our young
parishioners as well as our non-Catholic players
To provide a positive environment for "At Risk" children and young adults within the parish and
the Town of Franklin.

Board Responsibilities:

Develop policies, structure, rules, and guidelines to protect our players, our coaches, and St
Mary's Parish
Maximize the positive aspects of the Player’s participation within the Program
Provide annual training for our coaches, assistants, and team helpers in the issues and
awareness of first aid and sexual, alcohol, and drug abuse. Keeping records on coaches and
their completion of training.
Address any issues that arise concerning the Program Director, Financial Manager, or any
Coaches or team helpers.
Address any issues that arise as concerns or accusations of inappropriate contact or sexual
abuse of a player.
