Our recreation program focuses on the players’ skills development, understanding, and enjoyment of the sport.  Our select program is designed for the competitive lacrosse player in grades 6, 7, and 8.  The primary function of our select program is to be a feeder program for Centennial High School; however, it is understood, players develop at different ages.  The main difference between the recreation and select teams is that the select teams are built around training methods, offensive and defensive formations in preparation of players moving into the high school system.  Also at the Select level, there is no guarantee of playing time-- unlike on our recreation teams.  The select coaches determine their lineup and a player’s playing time and position that most benefits the team.
