Opening Day is March 2nd, 2024

Opening Day will be on Saturday, March 2nd at Foothills Park starting at 8:30am.

Events that will take place are the following:

Team Pictures - Coaches will pass out picture packets for you to place your orders before this date. Please have your orders ready and in-hand by the time your team is scheduled to take pictures. Coaches will be informed as to what time their respective teams are scheduled.
Exhibition Games - Coach Pitch and AA teams will play a short exhibition game following picture taking. Coaches will be informed as to what time their respective teams are playing.
Parade - All softball and baseball teams will be introduced and parade to Field 3 for a large group picture and official first pitch to kick off the 2024 season.
Skills Competitions - There will be skills competitions for running, throwing and hitting. This will be done by age group (age is determined by your child's league year age - refer to the age calculator on the Information & Forms section of this website). The entry fee for each competition is $5. Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 finishers of each competition.
Dad Homerun Derby - Once again, Dads can compete in the HR derby. Entry fee is $20, and the winner will be awarded a prize.

Throughout Opening Day, there will be food trucks and bounce houses. Should anyone have any questions during this event, please find an Arrowhead Little League Board Member, who will be wearing a red t-shirt so that they can be easily identified.
