The summer conditioning program and the XC team will use multiple practice locations. We vary our runs between park trails, paved running trails, hills, and school tracks to meet specific training needs and to avoid repetitive stress injuries.. 

Park practice locations include Winton Woods, Miami Whitewater, and Miami Whitewater Soccer Complex.  Each of these park locations require the Hamilton County Park Sticker ($10).  I recommend getting a sticker for each of your cars. In addition, we will also meet at some of our participating schools such as OLG, St. Ignatius, and the Little Flower Church.

Below, please find maps or links to each of the locations we practice. We will use these names first in the Practice Calendar followed by the specific location. For instance Winton - Kingfisher.

If your athlete cannot make practice due to school work or activity conflicts, please have them run that day that matches their last distance run in practice.
