The Boy's Instructional Camp is geared towards the high school player. At this camp we strive to help high school players, and future collegiate players learn what it takes to play at a high collegiate level. There is an intense focus on the development of the individuals lacrosse IQ, as well as advanced skill techniques. This camp is also a great way to learn how to become a better collegiate player, thus raising the chance of standing out at recruiting events.


LACROSSE IQ

Campers will be challenged during college style practice sessions run by the Messiah Coaching Staff.
Campers will also have multiple opportunities to go to film sessions to help develop their understanding of the game.

What to bring:
• Footwear: Molded cleats, sneakers, flip flops, and turf shoes (if desired)
• Sun screen
• Bring a water bottle / Water will be provided
• A backpack or athletic bag to carry items between field sessions and the dorm, dining room, etc.

Meals (When applicable)
• All meals are provided in Lottie Nelson Dining Hall.
• Allergies: The Dining Staff at Messiah are familiar with food allergies and have been able to meet the request of campers. If you wish to speak with someone about options within the cafeteria please contact Atsen Bulus.

Athletic Trainier
There will be a Certified Athletic Trainer present at all times at the camp. The trainer will be available to meet with you at Registration if you have any questions or per-existing injuries.

Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you registered for camp.
