Coaching Reward

Trotwood SAY 2016 reward for coaches who step-up and volunteer as a SAY coach.

The reward is reimbursement of one registration fee for the season they coach. To be eligible for reward, coach must complete required coaching duties.

ALL coaches are required to perform the following duties:

• Attend coaches’ clinic
• Attend coaches’ meeting
• Complete SAY volunteer form
• Complete SAY Soccer concussion training, if out of date
• Call all rostered players within 3 days of receipt of your roster (note any player not reached)
• Hold regularly scheduled practices and attend games
• Promptly setup nets on your designated game days
• Support fundraisers by encouraging parents to support it
• Turn in equipment at end of season

The Coach's reward is a reimbursement for the coach's child's registration fee and awarded after the end of the season.
