Discussion Items:

- Review Previous Meeting Minutes

- Reviewed New Registration Prices:

o No Candy prices: Pee Wees/7 &8’s - $70 individual, $120 Family, All Others - $90 Individual, $135 Family.

o With Candy prices (prices Include prepayment of candy): Pee Wees/7 &8’s - $95 individual, $145 Family, All Others - $115 Individual, $160 Family.

- Determined future registration dates will be December 9th & 10th 6:30-7:30 - Determined Election Date will be December 16th, 2015 6:30, will have signup sheets on the table at the banquet.

- Discussed Upcoming Banquet:

o Reviewed Booklet

o Trophies have been ordered will be ready for pick up October 2nd.

o Baskets need to be to John’s house no later than October 2nd.

o Will need help selling Tickets and running the registration table

o Will need help Setting up and breaking down. Set-up starts at approx. 4:30 o Received $500 Gift Certificate for driveway sealcoating from Premier Sealcoating to be raffled off at the banquet. Determined ticket prices of 1 ticket for $5.00 or 5 tickets for $20.00

o John to bring sweatshirts and jacket samples, so people can order Oxford Thunder Gear.

- Got commitment from Coaches to go forward with the winter clinic, which will be held every Saturday January 30th – March 19th from 4-6 pm.

- Pitching Clinic with Stacey Alvarado starts October 15th, coaches have notified players and signups are ongoing.

- Decided to sponsor a dance, to be held on December 4th or January 8th. John to confirm date with school.

- Benches are ready to be installed on field 3.

- Items for continued discussion or to followed up on at next meeting:

o Snack shack use for next year; discuss more getting parents to help / work during games

o Raffle calendar
