12U/16U Registration and Evals

Player evaluations are scheduled for May 24 and May 25 at 6PM at the Granville Softball fields. A player only needs to attend one of the evaluations. If you have not registered we would ask you to please do so at our website www.moncountygirlssoftball.com

Please register for your age division as well as registering for one of the evaluation times. You can register in person at the evaluations, however, it makes everything much easier if you register online.

As with everything this will be pending weather. If any of the evaluations are canceled or moved to an alternate location/time you will be informed via e-mail and we will also post the information on our Facebook page and Twitter feed.

Players should bring a glove and a batting helmet as a minimum. You can often borrow a helmet or glove or bat, but having your own makes things go much faster. It is highly recommended that you wear cleats but athletic shoes will suffice. Players should dress based on the weather conditions forecasted.

IF YOU WANT TO PITCH AT ALL, you need to be evaluated. If you want to pitch and for some reason cannot make the evaluations, please contact us and we will do what we can to accommodate you.We ask that EVERYONE registered (in 12U and 16U) come to one of the evaluations. This includes coaches' daughters and anyone that believes they are already on a team. Note that, as posted in various locations, we have moved to a new team formation process and it is important that we get a chance to evaluate everyone. This is important for pitching as well as overall. So please make every effort to come to one of the evaluation dates. We cannot stress enough that it is important that everyone get evaluated each year to the greatest extent possible.

If you are still playing school ball and want to play in our recreational league please contact us and we will make accommodations for your situation.

Lastly, while we are limiting the number of people to attend a given evaluation session (of which we will have 2 in total) for any given event parking can become tight at the fields. Please be courteous and park safely
