The objective of Brockton West Youth Baseball (BWYB) shall be to implant firmly in the children of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and reverence so that they may be finer, stronger and happier boys and girls, and will grow to be good, clean, healthy adults.

We shall provide supervised competitive baseball games. The supervisors shall bear in mind that the molding of future leaders is of prime importance and attainment of exceptional athletic skill and/or the winning of games is secondary.
