In partnership with our recreation and parks councils and citizens, we provide comprehensive recreation and parks programs, facilities, and services that respond to the changing needs within our communities in Baltimore County.  We strive to preserve, enhance and protect our open spaces to enrich the quality of life for present and future generations in a safe and secure environment.
