Rutherford County Crimson Tide (RCCT) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization offering premier youth football and cheerleading programs for boys and girls ages 5-12 in Middle Tennessee.


Our goal is to provide a positive outlet for children by fostering discipline, honing technique, and promoting good sportsmanship. Through these values, we aim to help the youth in our community grow both on and off the field.


As part of the Mid-State Youth Football League (MSYFL), we adhere to league rules and hold practices and home games at Veteran’s Memorial Park in La Vergne, TN.


Our organization is powered by dedicated community volunteers who devote their time to guiding and mentoring the children.



RCCT football coaches, certified by USA Football, and cheerleading coaches, certified by the National Youth Sports Coaches’ Association (NYSCA), play a crucial role in shaping the athletic and personal development of each participant. They focus on teaching fundamental skills while nurturing teamwork, respect, and a passion for the sport.
