It is our stated goal to prepare our players for competition at the high school level.  
·  We will utilize the philosophy, techniques and drills utilized at the local high schools to provide consistency and reduce the transition period to high school sports.
· We will participate in competitive league and tournament games to prepare for increased competition.  
· We will stress teamwork, sportsmanship, fundamentals, hard work and having FUN!
