Coaching a Ross Valley Soccer team is an incredibly rewarding experience and a tremendous gift to give your child and community.

RVSC is committed to providing a rewarding experience to our parent coaches through the following efforts:

• Holding a pre-season coaches training clinic.
• Providing training curriculum and practice plans following USSoccer’s Age Appropriate Curriculum. 
• Supplement coaching with weekly professional training sessions and skills clinics
• Enabling communication, availability tracking, results reporting and scheduling through TeamSnap.

As recognition for the contributions of our parent coaches, RSVC will waive the Registration Fees our coach's players provided the coach:

• Participates in Training Sessions led by our Director of Coaching in early August.
• Participates in weekly training Professional Trainer led sessions
• Completes at least one Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) Clinic online course ($30 Fee):
  • Coaching for Winning and Life Lessons
  • Culture, Practices, and Games
  • Developing Triple-Impact Competitors
  • Developing Winners in Life Through Sports
• Complete US Club Soccer Adult Background Check
