Helping Hands Art and Exercise class is designed for with people autism and other developmental disabilities aged high school to adult.  Our goal is to provide a comfortable environment that helps develop social, cognitive, emotional, and physical awareness – an environment anyone would love to be in. 

The two hour Saturday weekly class includes an  exercise session, an art lesson, life skills, and socialization activities. Program runs Saturday mornings during the school year. Any one interested in signing up can print out the registration form and bring with them to the class.
