The Elkhorn Athletic Association {EAA} processes payments in US Dollar Currency.

Payment Options:
The EAA accepts Visa/MasterCard through Blue Sombrero, an electronic payment processing company. We do not store your credit card number or billing information on/off line at EAA owned properties.

Fees
Fees are charged for participation to support the operation of the Association.
Registrations that offer a payment plan to spread fees over a period of time may be charged an installment fee per payment.

Refunds:
In general refunds are considered on a case by case basis. Registration Cancellations/Division Transfers after uniforms have been ordered will be charged a $50 fee for the cost of the uniform.

For baseball, softball and football, if a player chooses to play up to the next level of play; for example: 8U up to 9U, {Parent} is agreeing that a refund is not provided for the difference between the two Divisions if the player does not meet the skill level necessary to safely compete in the play up age group and is transferred back to the appropriate age group.

For football, a full refund will be provided for cancelled registrations prior to the end of registration; cancelled registrations after registration has closed will receive a partial refund of $250.

Installment Fees are not included in registration refunds.

If you would like to request a refund for a registration due to your child not being able to play, you are welcome to contact us prior to the start of the season to discuss your request.

• Payments will be refunded if no spot is offered to your player.
• Refunds are not provided for players that decline their spot after they have accepted the offer.
• All payments must be received no later than the deadline declared on the registration page.
• If paying by check you may attach your check for the deposit to the registration form and bring to tryouts to participate

Payment Disputes
The EAA may be charged a fee to address chargebacks that are filed through your financial institution. If you have a concern with your payment, please contact us to discuss the concern. We would appreciate the opportunity to further assist you and complete any refunds that are necessary.

Merchandise:
At times the EAA may sell merchandise to support the teams and operations of the League.  Products are custom made. We will disclose at the time of checkout what the expected delivery time frame is or follow up with you directly by email.

Personal Information:
Once you register with the EAA you agree to receive electronic communications from the EAA via email. Your personal information is not sold to or used by any third parties not discussed in this document or through the registration process. The EAA domain name is hosted by Network Solutions. Our website and payments are hosted and processed by Blue Sombrero. By providing your landline or mobile phone number, you agree that the EAA and its representative may contact you with notices, updates and emergencies in relation to your player and participation with the organization which may include SMS communications. You agree that the EAA is not responsible for charges or fees that may accompany such communications. You may contact us if you wish to be removed from our email/phone contact list. Every player must have a guardian with which we are able to communicate via email/phone; if you request to be removed we ask that you provide an alternate email/phone to your player's guardian.
