2018 Season Info and Important Dates

Welcome to the 2018 swim season!
Please mark your calendars for the following dates:

Sunday, May 6, 2018 at 3:00 pm--Swim Team Kick-off at the POOL Hear from our coaches as well as purchase swim suits and goggles, etc. from the Swim Shop!

Monday, May 14, 2018--Practices Start. See schedule below.
Friday, May 18, 2018--Deadline to order swimsuit for first meet
Saturday, June 2, 2018--Doughnuts for Dogs at the morning practice
-8 and unders from 9-10
-9 and over from 10-11

For all meets, please arrive by 5:00 for warm-ups. Meets start at 6:00.
Meet #1: Monday, June 4- Home v. Elks
Meet #2: Monday, June 11- Home v. Forrest Hills
Meet #3: Monday, June 18- Home v. OLN
Meet #4: Monday, June 25- Home v. Stonegate
Meet #5: Monday, July 2- Home v. Olympic Park
Meet #6: Monday, July 9- Away at Hidden Valley
Fun nights after meets to be determined.

Wednesday, July 18, 2018--Potluck and Pies
July 20-21, 2018--City/County Championship at the Christiansburg Aquatic Center
Sunday, July 22, 2018--End of Season Celebration at the Clubhouse--Desserts, Slideshow and Awards

PRACTICE TIMES: Practice times have CHANGED a little this year!

May 14, 2018--June 11, 2018 as follows:
-8 and unders: (M, W, F from 4-5 pm) (T, TH from 5-6 pm) (Sat. 9-10)
-9 and over: (M, W, F from 5-6 pm) (T, TH from 6-7 pm) (Sat. 10-11)

Regular Season June 11 - July 19 as follows:
-8 and unders: (M, W, F from 9-10 am) (T, TH from 6-7)
-9 and over: (M, W, F from 10-11 am) (T, TH from 7-8 pm)
Ribbons will be awarded at 7:00 on Tuesdays
There will be no Saturday practice once the regular season starts. We also will not practice on Memorial Day weekend or July 4th.
