Rutherford County Crimson Tide  is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing youth with sport and recreational opportunities.

Rutherford County Crimson Tide Youth Football and Cheerleading (RCCT) is an organization that was created to provide organized sports, specifically football and cheerleading, for boys and girls ages 5-12 to have an activity to participate in as an outlet to keep them busy.  Our goal is to be able to help the youth in our community by allowing them to participate in organized sports with a focus on discipline, technique and good sportsmanship, in which most children in this age range rarely have an opportunity to partake.

We adhere to the registration, practice and play rules set forth by Mid-State Youth Football League (MSYFL), an organization in which RCCT is a member. We practice and play “home” games at Veteran’s Memorial Park in La Vergne, TN.

Volunteers run our organization.  We have individuals in the community who volunteer their time to help nurture and teach our kids the games of football and the sport of cheerleading.

Rutherford County Crimson Tide’s football coaches are certified by USA Football.  Cheerleading coaches are certified by National Youth Sports Coaches’ Association (NYSCA).
