The Sergeant Bluff Youth Wrestling Club is dedicated to teaching the sport of wrestling to all youth level athletes during wrestling season. Pre and Post season opportunities are available to all age groups and skill levels. One of our goals at SBL is to prepare each individual for the High School level. Our overall club goal is to provide each individual with complete life values, respect, and discipline. We not only teach our wrestlers how to become good wrestlers and role models on the mat, but also in every day life.         
             
 Here at SBL we do not measure success solely off wins and loses..  However, the measurement of success is the discipline, determination, and the will to do better everyday. Our experienced coaching staff is committed to providing each individual with the necessary tools and techniques to be successful in all aspects of life.

Gear for Participation:

1) Wrestling Shoes: These are a requirement during practice and most events.
2) Head Gear (Ear protection): Optional at all practices and most events.
3) Singlets: A Team Singlet is NOT required at all events. However, you may pre-order your singlet once you have registered.
4) Mouth Guards: Any wrestler with braces MUST wear a protective mouth guard that covers all braces.
