SBL Competitive Explanation:
4 or more years of experience
Intent to participate in AAU State and National level competitions (Winter Nationals)
Note:  Can get approval from coaching staff if the you don't plan ton State & National events

We highly encourage this group to also attend The Arena Wrestling Academy workouts!

Practice Information:
ALL practices will be at the Sergeant Bluff-Luton Middle School
6:00-7:30 on Monday & Thursday
6:30-7:30 on Friday (at Morningside College)
