This one-of-a-kind event is an excellent opportunity for high school-aged soccer players from throughout South Jersey to demonstrate their skills and discuss their potential collegiate careers with college coaches representing soccer programs from throughout the mid-Atlantic region.

The event consists of both an on-field, small-sided festival format for games, immediately followed by an indoor event in which players will be able to visit each of the collegiate coaches in attendance and speak with them about their potential future at the sport’s next level.

In the past, the Cape Express College ID Showcase Event has been attended by representatives from several regional colleges and universities of varying size, including Villanova University (PA, D-I), Drexel University (PA, D-I), Temple University (PA-DI), West Chester University (PA, D-II), Philadelphia University (PA, D-II), Stockton College (NJ, D-III), Cabrini College (PA, D-III), North Carolina Wesleyan (NC, D-III), DeSales University (PA, D-III), among many others. The list of participating colleges is subject to change. The club plans to have more than 20 programs represented.

Players who register for the ID Showcase are also permitted to reach out to and invite college coaches of their choosing. We ask that you please coordinate with our Director of Marketing ([email protected]) on any such invitations.

This year's ID Showcase Event is planned for Friday, June 1st, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. and will be held at the Stone Harbor Recreation Complex in Stone Harbor, NJ. (GPS: 8100 2nd Ave, Stone Harbor, NJ)

The event is open to any interested players throughout the area. All interested players will need to pre-register via the button at the bottom of this web page.

Space is limited. Once the event reaches capacity, no more registrations will be accepted.

Testimonials

"The Cape Express Soccer Club did a wonderful job last night hosting the College ID Clinic. There were many talented players that we will be reaching out to. The organization and attention to detail from start to finish was first rate. Overall a really outstanding clinic. Rutgers Camden University men's soccer will be back next summer. Thanks so much. For only your second year, you've created something special. See you guys next June!"

- Don Norton, Assistant Coach, Rutgers-Camden Men's Program (D3, NJ)

"First, I want to thank you for hosting the event. It was a great environment and you guys were great hosts! We have been corresponding with about 6 players from the event. The quality of soccer was high and the format was great for evaluating players. You will definitely see Stevenson University there next year! We will also be sure to tell our newly appointed Women's staff about this event so we can have both the Men's and Women's staff represented. Cape Express is doing a great thing by hosting this event. I wish more clubs would do the same for their players and other players in the community."

- Luca Farina, Assistant Coach, Stevenson University Men's Program (D3, MD)

"Good event. We appreciate you taking on the extra work and hopefully your community is also grateful."

- Steve Clark, Head Coach, Wesley College Men's Program (D3, DE)
