1. Soccer Strength & Conditioning Program
Soccer specific strength & conditioning is available this summer from 2:30-3:30pm in the CPHS weight room (enter door E5). Monday-Thursday starting, June 10th and going until August 8th (no sessions 6/19, 7/1-7/5).

2. Girls Soccer Summer Training for girls entering grades 6-12 - the objective of this program is to help build strength, fitness, and prepare athletes to become better all around soccer players. This is an excellent opportunity to build a foundation in your technical skills, tactical ability, strength and fitness!
What will we be doing?
- Injury prevention training
- Strength training
- Soccer specific conditioning
- Agility training
- Technical ball training
- Tactical awareness
- Tryout Prep
When and where is this happening?
- Champlin Park High School (Grass fields by tennis courts)
- July 8 - July 24, 2024
- Monday-Thursday 12-2pm

What are the specific dates for 2024?
- Week 1 - July 8-11 (4 days) 12-2 PM
- Week 2 - July 15-18 (4 days) 12-2 PM
- Week 3 - July 22-24 (3 days) 12-2 PM
What is the cost?
- $150 for 11 training days
- $90 for 6 training days
Attendance will be recorded at the beginning of each session

4. Additional Strength & Conditioning Options:
CPHS Football program runs a Summer Strength & Conditioning Program for Non-Football players Monday-Thursday starting, June 10th and going until July 25th (no sessions 6/19, 7/1-7/5)
- For girls entering grades 9-12, sessions run from 9:30-10:30 AM.
- For girls entering grades 6-8, sessions run from 10:30-11:30 AM.
The Strength and Conditioning program for Non-Football players will focus on improving overall speed, agility, strength and conditioning. Emphasis will be on perfection of techniques in lifting, running, agility, and plyometrics. The program focuses on creating or enhancing explosiveness for athletes in all sports and at all levels.
