WHAT TO EXPECT: Come out and learn/enhance field hockey fundamentals through game play. This is a great opportunity for new and seasoned players. Each 60 minute session will focus on teaching/improving techniques and understanding of the sport through hands on skills and structured scrimmages.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Come out and learn/enhance field hockey fundamentals. This is a great opportunity for new and seasoned players. Each 60 minute session will focus on teaching/improving techniques and understanding of the sport through drills and hands on skills coaching in a laid back, fun, recreational atmosphere. There will be a strong focus on teaching the current field hockey rules that are in place for 2018 during structured scrimmages.
