2019 NWAA Board Openings

NWAA has open board positions for the 2019 and 2020 seasons. If you are interested in any of these positions, please email [email protected]. 

Treasurer (2019)

The Neshaminy Wildcats board is looking for a Treasurer for the Executive Board. This is an elected position, we’re looking for a few candidates who are qualified and can provide appropriate background checks. This position will be responsible for the following duties

• Manage the annual budget
• Keep a ledger of transactions
• Keep track of detailed spending in all areas
• Write checks for payment
• Work close with executive board on decisions and spending
• Make suggestions in areas for savings and spending
• Be available for monthly meetings
• Provide monthly statements of spending and balances
• Be available for statements and balances as required
• Monitoring snack stand/merchandise money

Participation Director (2019)

The Neshaminy Wildcats Board is looking for a Participation Director for the Board. This is a chosen position, we’re looking for a few candidates who are qualified and can provide appropriate background checks. This position will be responsible for the following duties

• Manage all participation events for participation
• Keep logs of participation
• Working with division directors and others on family financials
• Write participation checks 3 times per season
• Work with families looking to get payment
• Be available for a monthly meeting

Webmaster (2019)

The Neshaminy Wildcats Board is looking for a Web Master for the Board. This is a chosen position, we’re looking for a few candidates who are qualified and can provide appropriate background checks. This position will be responsible for the following duties

• Manage the league website
• Manage the league social media accounts
• Manage the news and email communication to the league
• Be available for a monthly meeting
• Be available at random times for updates

League President (2020)

The Neshaminy Wildcats board is looking for a President for the Executive Board. This is an elected position, we’re looking for a few candidates who are qualified and can provide appropriate background checks. This position will be responsible for the following duties

• Make key decisions regarding the league
• Available for monthly Presidents meeting with Little League®
• Work close with Treasurer on spending and budget
• Be available to run monthly meeting regarding the league and finances
• Be a leader of the board and manage all responsibilities
• Work with various vendors for best quality and pricing
• Be available to families and players
• Be available 12 months a year

   

  League Vice President (2020)

  The Neshaminy Wildcats board is looking for a League Vice President for the Executive Board. This is an elected position, we’re looking for a few candidates who are qualified and can provide appropriate background checks. This position will be responsible for the following duties

• Make key decisions regarding the league
• Work close with Treasurer & President on spending and budget
• Be available to attend monthly meeting regarding the league and finances
• Assist the president as leader of the board and manage all responsibilities
• Work with various vendors for best quality and pricing
• Be available to families and players
• Be available 12 months a year
