
Matt Harrison LAT, ATC
General Bio:
Matt was born and raised in Columbus, IN, went to Columbus North High School, and graduated in 2009. Upon graduation he attended the University of Indianapolis where he received his Athletic Training degree abd passed his Board of Certification Exam, becoming a Certified Athletic Trainer. Upon gaining his licensure in the state of Indiana, Matt took a job with the Ergonomic Consultants of Indiana (ECI) and is currently employed there. With ECI, Matt is practicing as an Onsite Athletic Trainer and injury prevention specialist.

Athletic Training Experience:
As mentioned, Matt completed his Athletic Training degree at the University of Indianapolis, a CAATE Accredited Professional AT Program. At UIndy, students are thoroughly educated on the 4 facets of athletic training. During that time, he completed over 500 hours of clinical experience in a wide variety of different settings. Matt’s experienced ranged from high school athletics, college athletics, and general medicine clinics. This lead to further development of his passion for athletics, recognizing and treating injuries, and most importantly injury prevention through strength and conditioning development.
