4U Kick'n Kids (4 & under)

Players in our 4U Kick'n Kids program will have 1 (occasionally 2) combined practices/games on the weekend. Practices/Games will be held at the High Point Athletic Complex. We typically start our 5U season off on a Friday evening, followed by Saturday practice/game days with a Sunday or two mixed in as well. The fall season begins in early September and goes to late October. The spring season begins in late March and continues through early May.

Practices/Games: Practices and games are 3 vs. 3  and/or 4 vs. 4 (no goalkeepers). All 4U game times will be as follows:

Fridays - 6 PM to 7 PM
Saturdays - 10 AM to 11 PM
Sundays - 1 PM to 2 PM

How do you order a uniform?
Our 4U uniform consist of one league/division t-shirt that is used for both the fall and spring.  The price of the t-shirt is part of the registration cost and distribution will be handled by PSA.  You will receive your shirt at the first games which take place in the fall. The same shirt will be used in the spring for returning players.

Equipment Needed: (All of this can be purchased at your local Dicks Sporting Goods or nearby Sporting Goods store)

Size 3 soccer ball
Athletic Shorts
Shin guards and soccer socks (required)
Cleats (optional, can wear tennis shoes, but kids love their cleats!)
League/Division T-shirt



6U Rising Stars (6 & under)

Players in the 6U program will have 1 practice per week either on Monday or Tuesday and will have 1 game (occasionally 2) on the weekend. Games will be on Saturdays at High Point Athletic Complex. There are 2 Sunday games during the season as well. The fall season begins in early September and goes to late October. The spring season begins in late March and continues through early May.

Practices: Practices will be held at HPAC (High Point Athletic Complex) on either Monday evenings or Tuesday evenings from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Parents can choose a practice day preference during the online registration process. Practices are led by a volunteer parent coach. Coaching education and practice plans are provided by PSA staff.

Games: Games are 4 vs. 4 (no goalkeepers). *5 vs. 5 will be played if there are enough players to ensure every player gets a fair amount of field/play time.

Uniforms are a part of your registration fee. This covers a full uniform kit for your child. The kit will include 2 jersey tops (1 Home and 1 Away style jersey), one pair of shorts, and one pair of long soccer socks. Distribution of uniform kits will be handled by PSA.  You will receive your uniform before the first games take place.

15U RISING STARS (15 & UNDER)

Players in the 15U program will have 1 practice per week either on Monday or Tuesday and will have 1 game (occasionally 2) on the weekend. Games will be on Saturdays at High Point Athletic Complex. There are 2 Sunday games during the season as well. The fall season begins in early September and goes to late October. The spring season begins in late March and continues through early May.

Parents can choose a practice day preference during the online registration process. Practices are led by a volunteer parent coach. Coaching education and practice plans are provided by PSA staff. *If players choose, they may participate in both evenings of practice during the week. 

Games: Games are 11 vs. 11 (10 players in the field + 1 goalkeeper). *Pool play will take place within this division. This allows for different rosters to be created from week to week and roster changes can take place within an actual game.
