Neighborhood Sports is the premier NFL Youth Flag Football League for boys and girls 3-14. Players of all skill levels, play in a quality, non-contact league, where HAVING FUN while competing is the #1 GOAL.
1) 2020 FALL FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE INFORMATION
Game Days:
NW Location - Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to TBD (depending on registration levels) Micro Academy and 5-6 Age Group Start First
Start Date: Saturday 10/3/20
End Date: Saturday 11/14/20 (Playoff Saturday)
Weeks of Play: 7 weeks (6 regular season weeks, 7th week is playoffs ) (6 Weeks Total for Micro Academy)
Gameday/Practice Location:
NW San Antonio - Alamo City Soccer Complex - 7440 FM 1560 N – SA, TX 78254 (Near Alamo Ranch)
NORTH CENTRAL San Antonio - Classics Elite Soccer McAllister Fields - 11600 Starcrest Dr – SA, TX 78247 (Near Airport) FALL 2020
Practice: 1 hour before your game on SATURDAY (2 hour Time-block for practice/game); you can also practice during the week (at team’s discretion) Note: Micro Academy will only be meeting for 1 hour total every Saturday (drills/skills/scrimmage)
NFL Flag Football Age Divisions:
MICRO ACADEMY 3-5 (PK), Coed 5-6 (K-1st), Coed 7-8 (2nd-3rd), Coed 9-10 (4th-5th), Coed 11-14 (Middle School)
Players can Register individually, with friends, or as a Team (Team Discount available for up to 10 players)
All local TYFA/NAJIFF Teams are welcome to bring teams for each level
Equipment Provided With Fee:
Official NFL Flag Team Reversible Jersey with matching Game shorts
NFL Flag Belt/Flags Set
Coach Receives League Approved Ball
(A mouthpiece is required to wear during play; please provide for child or purchase one from us for $1.00)

$20 Discount for volunteering to be a Head Coach

2) NFL Flag Micro Academy (Flag Football Instructional for Ages 3-5 ) Information:
A 6 week long program, that will focus on teaching the game of NFL Flag Football to 3-5 year old children in an age-appropriate and fun manner:
1) Academy will be conducted by Staff members, not parent volunteers
2) Every Saturday morning will consist of practice time and live scrimmage/game time
3) Focus on learning and fun with smaller fields, no records kept, and no pressure from older kids
4) One hour every Saturday morning will help maximize their attention
5) Same cool NFL Jerseys/uniforms as the older age groups, as well as a season end trophy
6) Only $100 for the 6 week season
