Fall sports parent meeting coming up this week!

For everyone interested in playing soccer, volleyball or cross-country, please attend this meeting. We will be going over a lot of information about the upcoming season, handing out uniforms, etc. This is also a great opportunity to meet other families and work out carpooling if necessary. We will be handing out uniforms as well. Bring along your completed medical release form (found here: http://www.fofchomeschool.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/Authorization-for-Medical-Treatment.pdf) and register here at the Registration tab.
