Ordering

• Complete your photo order form and deliver to the photographers during your player’s individual photo
• Please write clearly on the form:
  • Player’s name
  • Mailing address
  • Team Number (such as U06B-01 or U10G-12; can be found using your Blue Sombrero app)
  • Coach’s name (also available in your Blue Sombrero app or the regular emails you receive from your coach)
• Region 418 provides Package #1 for EVERY PLAYER at no additional charge to families
  • Additional items will be charged as noted on the form—note, credit card orders must be placed online; check and cash are accepted at the field

Where/When

• Team and individual photos will be taken Saturday, October 15th
• Photographers will be present from 8am-4pm
• Located at the north end of our fields, east of Lake Shore Drive, on the grass between Field 3 and the artificial turf fields

How Do We Coordinate With Our Team?

• We recommend that teams go to the photo shoot area for their team photo immediately after their game has ended
• Snacks can be handed out at or near the photo shoot area while waiting
• Individual players may have their pictures taken after the team photo is taken, or they may have their picture taken at any time during the day (separate from the team shoot)
• Please coordinate with your coach for details about when they will schedule your team photo

When Will We Receive Our Photos?

• In late-October, all packets will be mailed to the address you provide on your photo order form (no photos will be delivered at the field)
• Postage is free of charge, covered by Region 418
• Parents can pre-order additional copies of any photos (including team photos), as well as the customized items listed on the ordering form with no additional postage fees
• Families may order additional items after they receive the AYSO package, but postage charges will be extra
