Welcome all to our Cincy East preseason tune up aka "Open Gyms"

Note to parents and athletes... Please remember at open gyms coaches are present and will only supervise drills. We do not discuss tryout's or any club business with your athletes. Each OVR-registered coach has agreed, by signing the Juniors’ Coaches’ Code of Ethics, that he or she will not “allow, encourage, condone, or require any action that threatens a player’s High School Association, USAV or NCAA eligibility (item #9).”

While the OVR will not actively monitor clubs relative to state athletic association rules, any OVR coach whose participation in clinics, training, tryouts, or other related actions results in or contributes to an athlete’s violation of OHSAA Rule 10-3-1, or similar rules in other states, will likely have violated the Juniors’ Coaches’ Code of Ethics and be subject to disciplinary action.

If you as a parent have questions feel free to pull one of us aside and ask. If the coach or representative cannot answer they certainly will be able to put you in touch with a staff member who can.

Finally, if your school sports team is under the governance of OHSAA you must wait until both the regular season and tournament championships have concluded before attending a club sponsored "Open Gym".

Each Open Gym will be split by age groups. Any Level of play is welcome!! Attending Open Gyms helps your athlete become familiar with Cincy East VBC coaches, with knocking off the rust or jitters, and also helps our staff to get better looks at athletes to help with decision process at tryouts! Hope to see you there!!

Cost
The fee is 10$ per session. Open Gyms are pay at the door only via Cash or Check Made out to Cincy East VBC.
