3rd through 6th Grade Evaluation Nights

If you have successfully registered your child for our Junior Jacket House Program, then your child will need to attend a mandatory evaluation night.  This will allow our coaches to evaluate the kids in order to create teams that are as fair and equal in skill as possible.  Please attend on the night listed below for your child's grade.

Please arrive 15 minutes early so that you can get check-in.  A number and basket location will be assigned to your child at check-in.

Evaluation nights will be at Perrysburg Junior High:

3rd Grade Boys - Oct 20th - 6:00-7:30pm
4th Grade Boys - Oct 20th - 7:30-9:00pm
5th Grade Boys - Oct 26th - 6:00-7:30pm
6th Grade Boys - Oct 26th - 7:30-9:00pm

3rd and 4th Grade Girls - Oct 19th - 6:30-8:00pm
5th and 6th Grade Girls - Oct 27th - 6:30-8:00pm

Teams will be created over the weekend of October 29/30 and then coaches will let the players know which team they are on during the week of Oct 31 - Nov 4.

Practices will then begin the week of November 7th with games starting in December.
