Turlock National Little League has provided organized competitive baseball for the youth in our community and outlining areas of Stanislaus county since 1954. Each year approximately 300 boys and girls between the ages of 6-16 have played with our organization that offers 5 different divisions of play from coach pitch to senior league. Our AA, AAA and Major divisions play at the City of Turlock owned Soderquist Ballpark from opening day in March through June of each year.
In the past, our non-profit organization, Turlock National Little League, has funded projects at Soderquist Ballpark to ensure the children have adequate and safe playing conditions. Some of these projects included the addition of lights to the ballpark, resurfacing the infield, repairing bleachers, and extending height of fencing surrounding the outfield. The Board of Directors has determined that the original backstop and fencing are in dire need of replacing. This project will require approximately $38,000 and we are asking our local community for assistance in funding the project before our next season commences on March 7, 2020. This investment into the ballpark will last for the next 30-50 years and will serve over 10,000 more youth from our community! We anticipate nearly 300 upcoming registrations starting in November but in order to keep our registration fees low for families the registration fee just covers uniform costs and equipment for the teams.

Not only are they creating memories at the ballpark, but the game of baseball brings them joy, confidence, and teaches them discipline they will carry on years after they play.
