Rush Soccer plans to use leading software company Hudl to create new avenues for player development using video analysis.

Hudl changes how athletes and coaches prepare for the game, giving its 4.1 million users and 161,000 active teams the tools for better game film. Rush will use the suite of tools Hudl has designed specifically for soccer, including feedback on player film, creating custom playlists of key moments within a game, and tracking stats in real time.

Arian Hoxha, National Technical Director, sees Hudl as a solution for tracking top talent and developing players with the goal of reaching Penn FC Rush, Rush’s first professional team.

“Adding Hudl to all of our assets will enhance and support the current scouting and player identification system we use at Rush. This partnership will help enhance our vision as we use this software to aid in the identification process of our youth players. Our ultimate goal of producing as many homegrown players for our first team as possible will become more realistic with the help of Hudl.”

All Rush coaches who sign on with Hudl will be sent exclusive content designed to teach them how to manage their Hudl accounts. This content will include the fundamentals of video and how to make the best of Hudl’s unique tools.
